In consideration of the services I have and/or will receive hereafter from Nona Jolene LLC, and any associated parties, I hearby hold harmless Nona Jolene LLC from any and all liability in consequence of such services and or information given. The terms and conditions to which I am agreeing shall act as a complete and full Release. I hearby Release and waive all claims for damage howsoever incurred or to be incurred, as a result of such services, or information provided by and or on behalf of Nona Jolene LLC. This Release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrator and assigns. 

 

By accepting these terms and conditions, I am stating that I have read this Release prior to accepting and I understand its effect. I am aware that by agreeing to these terms and conditions I am waiving certain legal rights, which I or my heirs, next of kin, executor, administrators and assigns may otherwise have had against Releases.
